This non-alcoholic RED wine comes from Central Burgenland, also known since ancient times as Pannonia. The wine offers a classic varietal bouquet with notes of blackberries, cherries, and herbal spices. With its unobtrusive tannins, it is fresh, clean, juicy, and fruity.

The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, it was carefully dealcoholized using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation with aroma recovery over several days.

The dealcoholized wine is ideal for meat, grilled dishes, and cheeses.
