The wine is a premium variety with depth and structure. The feast of flavors of banana, papaya, lemon balm, and a subtle hint of yogurt opens up a complex, aromatic profile.

The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, it was carefully dealcoholized using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation with aroma recovery over several days.
