Non-alcoholic Blaufränkisch wine, aged in large wooden barrels. Subsequently gently dealcoholized using a state-of-the-art vacuum distillation method with aroma recovery over several days.

Blackberry, blackcurrant, and Mediterranean herbs define the aromatic profile. Soft tannins and a full mouthfeel lend depth and intensity to this red wine with surprising balance.

Suitable for pairing with roasted lemon and thyme chicken or a hummus sandwich with beetroot puree, fruits, and spices.
