The sparkling rosé wine is made from Austrian Blaufränkisch, vinified as rosé in a steel tank, then delicately dealcoholized by vacuum distillation and carbonated.

Raspberry, redcurrant, and a subtle hint of rosehip define the character of this non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. The perlage is lively, and the mouthfeel is soft, harmonious, and refreshing.

It pairs wonderfully with watermelon and feta salad with mint, or roasted pepper with bulgur, yogurt, and herbs.
