The white sparkling wine is produced entirely from Austrian Welschriesling, fermented and aged in stainless steel, then delicately dealcoholized using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation and carbonated.
Notes of lemon peel, white currant, and a subtle hint of elderflower are revealed clearly and vividly. A creamy perlage, straightforward structure, and refreshing acidity create richness and lightness in the glass.

AlpDrinks contain under 0.5% ABV, classifying them as non-alcoholic beverages. This amount is so low that it does not affect the body and is completely safe for driving, working, or pregnant women.
Can I combine AlpDrinks with food like a normal wine?
Yes, absolutely. Alpen Blanc is an excellent aperitif and pairs wonderfully with light dishes, salads, fish, and seafood. Alpen Rosé is very suitable for salads, cheeses, chicken, and light desserts. They retain the structure and acidity of the wine, so they combine with food in the same way as traditional wines.
What is the shelf life of AlpDrinks after opening?
Once opened, we recommend consuming the drink within 3–5 days, storing it in the refrigerator. As it is non-alcoholic, it lacks the natural preserving power of alcohol.
