The white sparkling wine is made entirely from Austrian Welschriesling, fermented and aged in stainless steel, then delicately de-alcoholized using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation and carbonated.

Notes of lemon peel, white currant, and a subtle elderflower nuance unfold clearly and vividly. Creamy perlage, straightforward structure, and refreshing acidity create richness and lightness in the glass.

 Ideal as an aperitif or with vegetable and light dishes.
