The rosé sparkling wine is made from Austrian Blaufränkisch, vinified as a rosé in stainless steel, then delicately de-alcoholized via vacuum distillation and carbonated.

Raspberry, redcurrant, and a subtle hint of rosehip define the character of this alcohol-free sparkling rosé. The perlage is lively, the mouthfeel – soft,

harmonious and refreshing. It pairs wonderfully with watermelon and feta salad with mint, or roasted pepper with bulgur, yogurt, and herbs.
